  • Understanding of theoretical foundations of professional nursing and change management.
  • Ability to work with teams and facilitate teams to consensus.
  • Ability to manage complex initiatives from conception to successful implementation.
  • Working knowledge of current and evolving patient care delivery models, hospital operations, human resources processes, healthcare finance, payment systems, patient safety, regulatory and continuum of care.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare information systems and technology.
