In addition to having been an administrator for over 15 years, Tom is also an expert consultant for a state Board of Nursing Home Administrators. He has worked for prestigious national and privately-owned providers in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors as Administrator and Executive Director. This hands-on experience has helped him consistently place candidates in senior living positions throughout the United States since 2003. Tom received his certificate of Gerontology from Colorado State University, in addition to being certified by the American College of Nursing Home Administrators (ACHCA).

Krista, a Colorado native, comes to Aspen Associates Group with an extensive background in entrance-fee sales and marketing. Having worked in senior housing over 15 years in positions of increasing responsibility, she attributes her success to the relationships that she has built. Moving from sales to executive search has been a natural transition for her, and she looks forward to speaking with clients to discuss their talent acquisition needs as well as candidates to determine their career preference. Krista earned a Bachelor’s of Science and certificate of gerontology from the University of Northern Colorado
